Job Description:
• Validate installed application including all components of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture(PIA)
• Apply PeopleTools patches and security patches throughout the Project as advised by Oracle
• Build PeopleSoft update Manager (PUM) to obtain and apply bug fixes to fix defects reported by Project team
• Building new PeopleSoft environments (WEB/APP/Process Schedulers) in Unix and Windows.
• Migrate code and configuration across environments as requested by Project team
• Work with Client’s Infrastructure and DBA team to resolve issues pertaining to PeopleSoft application
• Work with Client’s network and security team to ensure compliance with standards communicated to Vendor in advance and in writing
• Configure and maintain Integration Broker components for interfaces between PeopleSoft and other applications
• Ensure availability of environment throughout the Project
• Raise service requests with Oracle support for obtaining resolution on defects with respect to system performance and standard operation
• Analyze patches/fixes, identify pre-requisite patches.
• Assist in instance strategy and planning for the Project
• Assist in production cutover plan preparation and execution
• Provide all technical documentation required for knowledge transfer to support team
