Job Summary :
We are seeking a Data Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS, Spark, and Python. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop data-driven solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities : – Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends and patterns. – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. – Develop and implement data models using AWS, Spark, and Python to support business decision-making. – Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes. – Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and findings. – Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks. – Design and execute test plans to validate data models and ensure they meet business requirements. – Monitor and optimize the performance of data models and related processes. – Lead data-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. – Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data-related tools and processes. – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems and workflows. – Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
