Required – Oracle certification in the SCM modules
– 5-10 years of experience supporting ERP systems, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA).
– Strong business process knowledge in Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting within Oracle Fusion ERP.
– Demonstrated experience working closely with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
– Deep expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI report development.
– Experience reviewing and testing quarterly Oracle patches with detailed test planning.
– Hands-on proficiency with OIC and ATP for building integrations.
– Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Experience managing onsite support with effective cross-team coordination.
