We are looking for a Data Analyst. This candidate will be responsible for process mining activities to generate insights from cloud-based SaaS application log data.
Skillsets and Experience:
• 4+ years as a cloud analyst or similar role
• Affinity for creative problem solving
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc)
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS software architectures
• Understanding of telemetry data, its uses, and applications
• Ability to analyze and explain complex log files
• Experience with data aggregation techniques and log data pipelining / ETL processes
• Familiarity with current state of LLMs and AI technology (including hyperpersonalization)
• Experience with Python or other data relevant scripting languages preferred (data manipulation and insights from large data sets)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamically and changing environment
• Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your creativity and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutions
• Degree in a STEM field
