Key Responsibilities & Core Skills:

10+ years engineering experience   Engineering background, don't care if coding w/Python or Java 

Must have history of Engineering, open to Senior Engineers 

This Person will take over Software Development Team 

Open to different backgrounds 

Looking for leadership that also likes coding, but more of a leader 

Day-to-day managing only, but need to be a hands-on coder, if need to jump in 

Understand what's being produced 

Having SaaS experience,

having CERTS and/or DEGREE, DO NOT need Certs, just nice to have
