Role Description:

Review and approve engineering drawings for accuracy, completeness, compliance with standards (e.g., ASME, ISO), and dimensional accuracy. Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputsIdentify and report any non-compliance issues, such as inconsistencies, errors, or omissions, to project managers and design teams for correction Ensure drawings adhere to national and international standards, as well as company design standardsPossess a strong understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and relevant codes and specificationsWork closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are functionalMaintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and approvalsIdentify and implement process improvements to prevent quality issues from recurringReview 3D models and concepts to ensure they align with the drawings and meet specificationsCheck and approve tolerance stack analyses for completeness and correctness. May be involved in mentoring team members to enhance their engineering drawing skills.
