Healthcare Project delivery Consultant (Hybrid CTH Position)
3-6+ months hybrid contract to perm (3 days onsite & 2 days remote from Day 1)
Locals/driving distance to Chicago, IL (Highly preferred) or Who will relocate from Day 1 for sure
GC, GC-EAD & USC only
Skills/Experience needed:
- BS Degree with 5+ years of experience in project delivery and managing complex programs in Healthcare Industry.
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of Quality Reporting.
- Experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in negotiations and managing conflict.
- Good judgment and quick business decisions.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, with the agility and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Excellent Communications skills
