• Developing new IVR call flows in Google CCAIP, modify the exiting call flows as per business requirements
• Understand the requirements, Perform feasibility analysis and work with BA for any design changes.
• Need thorough understanding on CCAIP platform features and create prototypes/POCs for the new business requirements
• Work experience in Google Dialog Flow and CCAIP is must.
