Title: Java Solutions Architect

Experience: 15+ years
- 10+ years in senior architecture leadership roles within financial services or a related industry; specific experience in strategy development, enterprise and/or solution architecture and systems integration in a complex distributed environment employing a mix of modern and legacy technologies Comprehensive functional and technical knowledge within Transaction Banking domain developed through practical experience in defining and delivering solutions and capabilities.
- Trade and Working Capital experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with design and development of system architecture; systems hardware and software design and development; system integration and test; information assurance Knowledge of Agile development, Cloud technology, APIs and microservices.
- Experience in working with architects across all architectural domains Ability to influence various stakeholder groups including the business, operations, and other technology teams Experience in supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills evidenced by experience in formulating strategic scenarios, evaluating trade-offs within a robust commercial framework, and designing practical execution plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence technology and business stakeholders at most levels within an organization on complex technical and commercial concepts
(1.) To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for productorproject and sustenance delivery
(2.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
(3.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
(4.) To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technologyorproduct)
(5.) To reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and
(6.) To support as an SME
(7.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
