  • Create a structured training plan for all service desk staff
  • Create a skills matrix of soft and technical skills for all service desk staff
  • Review training plan by Operations manager at least annually
  • Utilize feedback from reviews and appraisals to develop practical training programs.

The Trainer’s  routine responsibilities include:
