We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (temp position) to join our team! As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (temp position) at accessiBe, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle for various GTM roles.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals.
Implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Providing a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contributing to the development and enhancement of our employer brand.
Requirements

 

At least 5 years of recruiting experience with a specific focus on executive, director, and senior-level positions, particularly those involving Go-To-Market (GTM) responsibilities.
Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a SaaS tech company.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and building pipelines.
Proven experience in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000-$130,000, and this will based on your experience and skill sets.
