Job Description
This role requires comprehension of software testing methodologies and processes Responsibilities include planning and executing tests communicating results to colleagues in Engineering business and editorial teams A key aspect is developing strategies to improve coverage and speed of test cycle execution through effective use of automation and analysis tools
This engineer should be well versed with Cypress Playwright Jest and PHPUnit They should be familiar with tools such as Ghost Inspector
This engineer should understand the Monolithic WordPress environment Two front ends creator and reader how the data is stored accessed Theme plugin ecosystem This is not just testing a website its an entire ecosystem
