AI ML GenAI Technical Lead Remote only Boston, MA

Role: AI ML GenAI Technical Lead
Location: Remote (PST/CST only)
Duration: 12+ Months

Must Have Skills –
•       Gen AI (preferably with experience in OpenAI technologies)
•       AI/ML (with strong understanding of MLOPS; experience with Dataiku is
a plus)
•       Python and/or R
•       SQL (experience with Snowflake is a plus)

Requirements:
•       8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 3–4 years in
designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
•       Proven expertise in developing Generative AI solutions and integrating
Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows.
•       Hands-on experience with OpenAI Enterprise tools, prompt engineering
(e.g., Chain-of-Thought prompting), and embedding strategies.
•       Strong programming skills in Python (and/or R), with experience in
building models using standard ML libraries and GenAI frameworks.
•       Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS), infrastructure
as code (Terraform), and MLOps practices.
•       Proficiency with SQL, Dataiku, Snowflake, and version control systems.
•       Practical experience working with vector databases and
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
•       Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate global delivery teams,
including offshore resources.
•       Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•       Ability to independently manage complex engagements while aligning
with business and technical objectives.
