Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable ETL processes. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring the seamless flow and integration of data across various systems.


Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to facilitate the efficient and reliable transfer of data between systems.

– Develop and maintain ETL processes using AWS Glue, ensuring scalability and performance.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide ETL solutions that meet business needs.

– Optimize and enhance existing ETL processes for improved performance and reliability.

– Implement data quality checks and balances within the ETL processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

– Troubleshoot and resolve complex ETL issues in a timely manner.

– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ETL developers.

– Stay abreast of emerging technologies and techniques in ETL development and recommend improvements to existing processes.


Required Experience and Skills:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong emphasis on AWS Glue.

– At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Glue.

– Proficiency in using Apache Airflow for workflow management.

– Strong understanding of AWS services related to data processing and storage.

– Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.

– Strong coding skills in languages such as Python or Scala.

– Ability to write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.


Preferred Experience:

– Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Matillion ETL and dbt is highly desirable.

– Familiarity with other ETL tools and technologies.

– Experience in working with large datasets and distributed computing technologies.



– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
