Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Onshore Lead to drive client
engagements from Seattle.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical
acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams to
ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients onshore.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable
data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across
business and IT.
• Act as a bridge between onshore clients and offshore delivery teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of requirements and
feedback.
• Proven experience in leading distributed teams and managing offshore
coordination.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferred.
