10Yrs Required Experience as a software developer/engineer on multiple lifecycle implementations of large-scale ERP IT applications.
10 Yrs Required Experience in Salesforce, Apex, and JavaScript
10 Yrs Required Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (custom objects, Lightning pages, Apex, reports, flows, and assignment rules).
10 Yrs Required Experience in developing software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
10 Yrs Required Experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts, performing unit and system testing, and documenting results.
10 Yrs Required Experience with highly complex application security requirements as well as experience designing and supporting systems adhering to information protection and security standards.
8 Yrs Required Experience with serving in a senior development position on at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce.
5 Yrs Required Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
10 Yrs Preferred Experience in establishing, documenting, and communicating standards, best practices, fixes, and providing system direction & recommendation.
10 Yrs Preferred Experience in understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms, and operating systems
10 Yrs Preferred Experience with UI/UX design experience.
10 Yrs Preferred Experience in working and communicating effectively across multiple technical groups (including working with subject-matter-experts and other business resources).
3 Yrs Preferred Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local government).
2 Yrs Preferred Experience in MuleSoft
1 Yr Preferred Experience using Salesforce Grants Manager
1 Yr Preferred Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Data loader and software ticketing system
1 Yr Preferred User Experience Designer Certification
1 Yr Preferred Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification.
