Expertise in payments, merchant acquiring, servicing, acquiring, processing, or issuing domains.
Operational Management & Change Readiness:

Execute operational management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and change readiness within the organization.
Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement processes to improve product development and delivery efficiency.
Data Analytics & Insights:

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Cross-functional Leadership:

Work closely with technical teams to address product needs and collaborate on solving challenges.

📋 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Product Development Life Cycle Expertise:

Advanced knowledge in managing the full product development life cycle from design to data analytics.
Payments Industry Knowledge:

Strong experience in the payments industry, with a deep understanding of merchant acquiring, processing, and issuing.
Change Management:

Proven ability to execute and manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Organizational Skills:

Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and schedule resources effectively to ensure success in product initiatives.
Technical Acumen:

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts when working with technical staff.
Communication & Presentation Skills:

Ability to communicate complex business topics clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
