📝 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Agile Scrum Master to join a technologically advanced and high-performing team. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to remove impediments while ensuring team progress toward their goals.

🔑 Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Experienced in a large complex financial organization or major consulting firm acting as a Scrum Master and in a project management capacity.
Proficient in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Technical background in integration, development, testing, and/or infrastructure.
Ability to understand and implement front-to-back solutions.
Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills, with the ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
Ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
Experience estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, and proficiency with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience leading enterprise-wide programs and projects successfully.
High degree of business acumen and technical competency, balancing technology and business needs, project, and program management.
Managing core functions, including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and meeting critical milestones and deliverables within time and scope constraints.
Collaborating across the technology organization, providing business analysis, process, and change leadership within a maturing Agile PDLC framework.
Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management based on best practices and experience in a global, diverse environment.
Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
Provide transparency to Senior Management regarding portfolio issues, risks, and recommend/implement strategies for efficient operations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling and other conflicts to meet deadlines.
Experience in working with Agile lifecycle tools like JIRA and tracking process management.
Identify opportunities, analyze them, and make tactical/strategic recommendations.
Proficiency with program management tools: Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
Plan and conduct meetings with key stakeholders.
Experience working on Technology projects in the Financial Services domain, with knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking technology, and related applications.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology (Kanban experience is a plus).
