We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join an automotive domain project. This role will lead and support the existing Salesforce system landscape, develop CRM use cases on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, and work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Salesforce functional subject matter expert
Lead integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware (REST/SOAP)
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain and improve CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments
Implement AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein, GPT APIs, and predictive tools
Map business requirements into native Salesforce functionality
Provide guidance on configuration vs. customization
Design and deliver data integration and migration strategies into the SFDC platform
Perform domain testing of applications to execute business cases
Work with marketing agency partners to support marketing campaigns
Technical Experience:
5-7 years of experience as Salesforce/Web Developer implementing Salesforce & Web solutions
4+ years as Salesforce Platform Consultant
Experience integrating AI or automation into Salesforce workflows
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud
Expertise in Apex Classes, Visualforce, SoQL, Process Builder, and Lightning Components
Development experience on SF Community Cloud desired
Strong working knowledge of web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, WSDL, SOAP, JSON)
Experience with Oracle 12C, SQL Plus & TOAD
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and SF App Builder certifications a must
Desired Skills:
Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT-powered tools)
Experience in cleansing, managing, and validating customer data in Salesforce
Knowledge of Tableau or similar business intelligence software
Automotive and CRM industry experience a plus
Strong analytical skills similar to a data scientist
Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment
