🧑‍💻 Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET)
📍 Location: Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in Los Angeles, CA (Must be local)
📅 Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

🔧 Required Experience:
Full Stack Development: 80-90% backend (C# for ETL, backend development, and automation) and 10-20% frontend (WPF, MVVM).
Proficiency in C#: Experience in ETL processes, backend development, and automation tasks.
Frontend/UI Development: Experience with WPF and MVVM models.
SQL & T-SQL: Strong expertise in SQL and T-SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment, including stored procedures.

💼 Job Overview & Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to manage day-to-day operations for our Microsoft SQL Server Data Warehouse and contribute to long-term improvements in architecture, ETL pipelines, data quality, and UI development.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance ETL Pipelines:

Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL, C#, and Python.
Collaborate with Business Teams:

Partner with business teams to update and expand available datasets.
System Collaboration:

Work closely with source system and downstream teams to ensure seamless integration.
Ensure Data Quality and Security:

Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and security.
Improve Architecture Scalability:

Evolve current architecture to handle growing data volumes.
Develop .NET Applications:

Build and maintain .NET applications using C# and WPF for monitoring tools and backend job processors.
Document Technical Processes:

Create technical documentation for processes, designs, and best practices.
Provide Technical Support and Guidance:

Assist IT team members and business users with troubleshooting and data issues.

💡 Experience & Skills Required:
C# & Python: Strong experience in backend development, ETL, and automation.
Frontend Development: Experience with WPF and MVVM for UI development.
SQL & T-SQL Expertise: Advanced SQL skills and experience with stored procedures and performance optimization.
Bonus Skills:

.NET Maui (MAUI): Multi-platform App UI.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Azure for data warehouse migration and development.
Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and reports.
