🧠 Position Title: Full Stack Engineer
📍 Location: Merrimack, NH (Onsite/Hybrid as required)
📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract
💼 The Role:
Fidelity Institutional Technology is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in Angular UI development and robust Java backend development. You will be a key contributor to applications supporting Fixed Income, FX, and Syndicate workflows.
🧠 The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience developing multi-tier, distributed applications
Proven experience developing accessible and responsive UI using Angular, NgRx, and TypeScript
Deep expertise in REST API development using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Experience with MQ/Kafka technologies for building and supporting data ingestion services
Familiarity with financial messaging protocols like FIX
Experience working with AWS cloud technologies (preferred)
Proficient with GIT workflows for source control and code review
Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Concourse, Docker, etc.
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, ideally Oracle, Redis, Aerospike, and DynamoDB
Strong foundation in modular and scalable platform architecture
Comfortable working in Agile environments with exposure to CI/CD tools
Passion for clean, maintainable, testable code
Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
