🧭 Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in air freight, logistics, or airline scheduling platforms to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a mission-critical enterprise product. This is a high-impact role where you’ll serve as the voice of the customer, driving business value and world-class user experiences in a dynamic, agile environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a clear, aligned product strategy and roadmap
Own product vision, prioritization, and backlog based on customer value and business outcomes
Ensure a sustainable product by balancing new features with maintenance and tech debt
Be accountable for security, performance, and product reliability
Define and monitor success metrics to drive continuous improvement
Engage in senior stakeholder management (internal, vendors, and customers)
Interpret financial data including P&L and balance sheet to inform decisions
Champion a modern engineering culture and agile product delivery
Lead a complex product or set of integrated products/services

✅ Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–10+ years in Product Management, including full ownership of complex platforms
5–10+ years in air freight transportation, scheduling, or logistics
3+ years of experience in agile delivery environments
Background as BA, PM, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
Experience managing ERPs or enterprise platforms
Proven track record in CI/CD-driven software delivery

⭐ Preferred Experience:
Hands-on with AIMS or similar airline scheduling tools
Exposure to custom-built network repair/optimization algorithms
Delivered custom business productivity tools through agile SDLC
Airline or logistics experience is highly valued
