🌐 Visa Type: USC and GC only (Need Locals Only!)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
Participate in designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce using various tools and technologies.
Ensure smooth implementation of changes and upgrades by adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce systems.

📋 Desired Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Salesforce.com Certifications (preferred):

Certified Administrator
Certified App Builder
Certified Platform Developer I & II
Strong programming background with a focus on Java.
Software Integration expertise, particularly with cloud technologies like xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere.
Familiarity with service management concepts and ITIL practices or SDLC.
Experience in product testing, including usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technologies.
Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
Strong ability to work within cross-functional teams and ensure project completion.

🔑 Skills:
Cloud Technologies and cloud computing proficiency.
Change Management experience, particularly with code, documents, and websites.
Skilled in debugging, coding, and working with relevant programming languages.
Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
