About the Role
As a Data Entry, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining legal data into the Ministry of Justice system. Your meticulous attention to detail and understanding of legal terminology and processes will be essential in supporting our legal operations.
About You
The company seeks candidates with:
High School Diploma or equivalent with proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role within the legal or brokerage industry.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes. Ability to verify and correct entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Capable to assist in organizing and maintaining legal documents and records.
Knowledge to generate reports and retrieve information as required by legal professionals.
Experience in entering data into the Ministry of Justice system is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
