Job Description:

Application Support Analyst provides technical support for BMO Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to application issues, Improvements to help us and business succeed.
Maintains application systems that have completed Dev stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm

Manages, Maintains and supports applications and their Operating env, focusing on stability , quality and functionality against Service level expectations
Start of the day checks,  continuous monitoring , and regional handover
Perform reconciliations
Develop and maintain Technical support documentation
Assess risk and impact of prod issues & escalate to business & technology management in timely manner
Acts as liaison between users , interfacing internal tech groups
Expected to be able to raise problems to appropriate tech and business teams,  while adhering to SLA 
Has the ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision
Performs other duties and functions
