Oracle ERP with Data Migration
San Jose – CA or RTP – North Carolina,(Day 1 onsite)
Experience as ERP data migration leads SME by providing expertise on data migration.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering complex data management engagements, including all phases of project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live phases.
Expertise in Oracle ERP Financial modules(AR, AP, GL, FA and CM, Ebiz tax, SLA) is must.
Lead, manage and take responsibility of ensuring all data migration workstream activities and deliverables are of right quality and to schedule
Responsible for team management, coordinating resources for all data requirements gathering, development, mapping, and cleansing activities involving Data Team, Business Data Team, and 3rd party tools if any.
Responsible for the data migration strategy and plan for the project for all in scope ,from profiling to migration, including transition to support teams.
Develop, manage, and execute data quality cycle, dress rehearsals and cutover plans
Localize the global data migration strategy across data cleansing, extraction, mapping, and enrichment as it applies to each legacy system in the region and communicate this to each country/Agency teams.
Work with Design and Functional Leads to understand the country-specific requirements and their implications for data migration and ensure they are accounted for in the data migration solution
Ensure all work activities associated with the identification cleansing, enrichment, extract, transform and load of data from legacy systems into ERP is auditable and accurate.
Responsible for providing estimates and status reporting to the project manager(s) for data cleansing and migration related activities
Collaboratively work with project team in relation to preparation of project plan for data activities, cutover tasks, deployment activities, and risk management
Help define and adhere to data standards and disciplines including those required for Programme Management and governance.
