Bachelor’s Degree
Prior Oracle HCM Cloud payroll project and/or program management experience
Project management certification not required, but preferred

Years of Experience: 5+ years relevant experience
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HCM Cloud payroll project & program management experience working with clients/business to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Payroll functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and/or consulting experience in project & program management.
• Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Payroll
• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll project & program management
• Bring Cloud expertise and identity ways to leverage / configure HCM cloud to meet the business needs
• Provide recommendations for higher adoption of Cloud new features based on ConEd’s application & business context for maximum benefit.
• Oracle SR management / tracking for functional issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Provide status and issue reports to the client manager on a regular basis
