Position: L2 Production Support – (Java , SQL, Unix, ITIL)

Location: Lake Mary, FL (onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Role Description

Requirements:

Experience: 6+ years of experience in production support, with a focus on Java, SQL, and Unix.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
Java programming language.
SQL databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
Unix operating system, including command-line interface and scripting.
ITIL framework and best practices.
Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify root causes.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation or Java certification, are desirable.
Additional Skills: Experience with other technologies, such as cloud-based services or DevOps practices.
Experience with Other Tools: Experience with other tools, such as ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) or monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios).
