Experience Level: 8-10 years




Project Management:
8-10 years years of experience with a preference for a development background and proven TEAM LEAD experience.
Essential team management experience beyond a coordinator role.
Location requirement: Atlanta / Peachtree City, GA.
Team Leadership:
Manage a highly skilled technical team distributed globally.
Take ownership of ASPICE process-oriented project deliveries.
Maintain consistent, proactive, and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting:
Prepare and present status reports, deliverables, and briefings as required.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and project teams.
Document and maintain project information.
Interpersonal Skills:
Interact effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel.
Build trust, gain consensus, and resolve conflicts.
Enable high individual and team performance.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in C and embedded SW development for a minimum of 8 years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive SW development.
Experience in ASPICE compliant projects.
Good understanding of all process areas.
Project Management Experience:
SW project management activities for automotive Proof of Concept (POC) and production programs compliant to ASPICE.
Experience in managing, planning, and executing at least two automotive projects.
Team Management:
Good experience in managing diversified teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Linux Kernel, sub-systems, and device drivers.
Experience with Linux File systems.
Good experience with QNX, Linux-based software development.
Experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR based software development.
Development experience with Qualcomm, i.MX7D Linux platform preferred.
Development experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, USB device drivers.
Experience in device driver development, integration, and BSP porting.
Experience with u-boot/boot loaders.
Experience with shell/Bash scripting.
Familiarity with Secure boot and cyber-security concepts.
Hands-on programming experience with Linux kernel internals, device drivers for multi-core SoCs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
Communication Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
