Job Description:

QA Lead profile at Onsite having at least 7 years’ experience in manual QA area with API, DB testing. At least 3+ years as a QA lead managing a team of testers and senior testers. 

Lead and Mentor: Guide the QA team in best practices, methodologies, and processes.

·       Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional tests to ensure software meets the defined requirements.

·       API Testing: Design, develop and execute API tests to ensure application layers interact seamlessly.

·       Database Testing: Verify the integrity and validity of data in relational databases and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

·       MongoDB Testing: Execute tests to ensure that data structures stored in MongoDB are consistent, reliable, and efficient.

·       UI Testing: Ensure the application’s user interface is intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly.

·       Test Strategy and Planning: Develop test plans, strategies, and procedures for various modules and functionalities.

·       Bug Reporting & Tracking: Log defects in a detailed, coherent manner and collaborate closely with the development team for their timely resolution.

·       Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest in testing tools, methodologies, and best practices and implement them.

·       Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
