Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems

·         Communicate Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations to internal Stakeholders

·         Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices

·         Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution

·         Synthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently

·         Engage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practices

·         Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers.

·         Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationships with product owners

·         Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds
