JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA upgrades to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical administration, upgrade planning, and execution of SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the SAP landscape.
Plan and execute SAP S/4HANA upgrades, including support packages, enhancement packs, and migrations.
Perform system installations, configurations, and refreshes for SAP components (S/4HANA, Fiori, PI/PO, Solution Manager).
Manage SAP HANA database administration: backups, recovery, performance tuning, and clustering.
Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
Monitor and optimize system performance using SAP Solution Manager and other tools.
Collaborate with infrastructure, functional, and security teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.
Maintain technical documentation for system architecture, upgrades, and procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis-related issues.
Implement and maintain security protocols, including user management and role-based access control.
Mentor junior Basis consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, Fiori, PI/PO, and Solution Manager.
Experience with Linux/UNIX, Oracle, DB2, or other database platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
