Position: SAP RTR Consultant
Client: HCL / Westrock
Location: Remote + Travel in GA on Client expenses
Duration: Long term
              
Position Overview:  
The Site Process Consultant is responsible for supporting testing, training, and deploying the new business system and processes for functional level business processes.  
An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked as SAP key user or Power User on Accounting/ Finance functions for S/4HANA Deployment across various Sites in North America  
Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:  
· Understanding of Record to Report processes for any organization, plus if Manufacturing Plant and Mill operations. 
· The role will participate and lead testing, training, and implementation at a Corporate Business Unit for their process area.  
· The role will work with the change management team on the deployment and training to the Finance and Treasury organizations worldwide.  
· The lead will have experience and expertise in and understanding ERP SAP and Finance Deployment.  
· The role will deploy the respective solution of their process area comprising of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across the Finance networks. This works includes testing, training, deployment, and hyper care supporting to Corporate and related operations.  
· This role will be responsible for testing and training activities across workstreams. 

Job Requirements:  
Functional Skills and Knowledge:  
· The role will require Finance and Treasury expertise in one or more of the functional workstreams, understanding of Finance and business’s processes and personnel, appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.
. Experience with a full life cycle ERP Implementation  
· Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills.  
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred  
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge  
Travel: Role will be based in your current domiciled location. Travel to Atlanta and Mills/Plants will be required to support the local deployment activities.
