Note: Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.
Job Description
The Senior Business / Data Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, formulating solutions that align with overall business strategies. The role involves business process reengineering, identifying new technology applications to improve efficiency, and preparing solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (e.g., cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).

The Analyst will also:

Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.).
Document detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems.
Participate in and support software development reviews, testing, and user acceptance activities.
Utilize strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently.
A wide degree of creativity, analytical thinking, and judgment is expected.
