Financial Force Experience
Transitioning from one organization to another within Salesforce
Previous Exp. as a Salesforce Developer or Admin is greatly desired.
Technical Skills:
3plus Years of SFDC Experience with focus on Apex and Visual Force development with two full cycle SFDC implementations
1 plus years of front-end development experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and Bootstrap framework Experience in Responsive design, JavaScript frameworks/libraries will be an added advantage.
5 plus Years of Overall IT Experience Strong Expertise in Sales and Service Cloud Proficiency in SFDC development environment including IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services
Strong Expertise in configuring Custom Objects and Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow’s, Process Builder, Flows and Approval Processes and Reports and Dashboards Experience in designing and developing Integration Solutions using Web Service API’s, REST and SOAP API’s and data load using Bulk API’s Salesforce App Builder, SFDC Developer II Certifications Lighting Enablement and Aura framework Awareness Exposure to Wave Analytics Exposure to Marketing Cloud
Exact Target Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery Functional knowledge of ITSM and ITIL support framework Exposure or familiarity with Conga, Adobe eSign and Forseva App Exchange solutions Experience in deployment/packaging using Change Sets, Eclipse, Ant scripts and Metadata API.
Job Roles/ Responsibilities
Work directly with Business POC’s and independently perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation relates to the development Develop and maintain apex and Visual Force code, AppExchange’s, pages and integration to other third-party solutions Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
Support train new end users on the application Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
Effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teams.
Create technical specifications and process flows for new or modified systems and processes based on Business needs and recommend changes to ensure continuous business process optimization.
Support Day to day application incident and Support requests Team player.
