DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps engineer, you will interact with various functional groups such as engineering, QA, Client Services and Product Owners to ensure our products are built, released, and deployed efficiently. You’ll continuously look for ways to improve the process, enhance security, automate, increase throughput, and most of all, delight our customer. You’re expected to work collaboratively as a team as well as an individual. Your duties include but not limited to:
Assist in managing tools such as Gitlab, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Nexus, Grafana, Prometheus, Mirth, Dynatrace
Improve our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates, container orchestration, and overall release process
Implement security best practices into all stages of our DevOps workflows
Architect and automate infrastructure on Azure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and other technologies
Monitor systems and develop self-healing capabilities
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and system outages
Drive process improvements and new capabilities for our engineering team
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements

Skills:
8+ years DevOps experience with expertise in release automation, infrastructure as code, and Azure cloud
Deep hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Gitlab and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and logging best practices
Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
Familiarity with SQL and Azure Databases such as postgresq
Experience implementing security controls and compliance processes
Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration
Passion for improving developer productivity and user experience
Education: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree Certifications & Licenses:
Gitlab and Azure DevOps (ADO). Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus
