**Position: Release Train Manager (RTM)**
**Location: Anywhere within the US – Onsite at Infosys Office**

**Job Description:**

– **Facilitate ART Events:** Organize and lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

– **Coordinate Releases:** Manage and coordinate the release schedule to ensure the timely delivery of features and solutions.

– **Risk Management:** Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams within the ART.

– **Continuous Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ART, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

– **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and progress.

– **Metrics and Reporting:** Track and report on ART performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

– **Support Agile Practices:** Promote and support Agile practices and principles, coaching teams and individuals as needed.

– **Resource Management:** Ensure that teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives.

– **Collaboration:** Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

– **Proactive:** Be a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

– **Adaptable:** Be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
