JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Design and Architecture:
• Lead architecture sessions and design detailed technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Define data models and develop strategies for data retention, integration points, and migration.
• Select the appropriate Salesforce features to meet client requirements.
Custom Development and Integrations:
• Oversee the development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and SQL.
• Manage integration with external systems through APIs and other tools, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
Performance Optimization and Scalability:
• Analyze and optimize Salesforce performance to handle large data volumes and complex workflows.
• Design flexible, scalable solutions to accommodate future business growth.
Technical Leadership and Mentoring:
• Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators, ensuring project delivery is successful.
• Ensure governance of Salesforce projects from a technical perspective.
Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and accessible manner.
Key Competencies:
• Strong Salesforce product suite knowledge: Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with security features such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Proficiency in integration tools and data management, including ETL, CPQ, and marketing automation systems.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Leadership experience in large-scale Salesforce project delivery.
