  • 10+ years of experience supporting and enhancing major processes (e.g., Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay) and digital transformations in a high-growth organization
  • 10+ years of know-how in implementing and supporting data conversions from legacy systems to both cloud and premise-based ERP solutions with an emphasis on Oracle

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy for designing a services-based framework built on the OIC platform.
  • Owning the ongoing design, implementation, and management of the OIC environment, testing, and implementation of new services as they become available in the OIC environment.
  • Lead the efforts of the stabilization and optimization of the OIC environment while we continue to have forward momentum on the dependent projects utilizing that technology.
  • Work to resolve the API gateway configuration issues and configurable items that live within the Oracle infrastructure.
  • From the standpoint of understanding the networking and security aspects of OIC specifically, work with the team to verify and validate what we need to do to tie all boundary applications into OIC (e.g., API connection, File Transfer, Oracle Identity Service for Federation back to OKTA).
  • Understand the entire OIC ecosystem and provide guidance (e.g. load balancing, routing rules) to the rest of the team.
  • Define best practices and SOPs for applied architectural principles that will govern the OIC design.
  • Help to define architectural decisions that become part of the playbook for the future state of the OIC design that includes identity access management.                                     
  • Design and implement architectures, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data profiling

Cloud PFM Lead

100% Remote

Position Description:

The Solution Lead position is responsible for solution design and governance of the Fusion Projects Financial Management global business processes. As an Oracle Fusion Cloud PFM Solution Architect, you will be providing functional & technical inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex PFM business requirements. You will be extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition and propose /create solutions. You will also play an important role in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. In addition, you will assist in different strategic initiatives related to establish and implement our ERP applications roadmap.

This position is part of the Phoenix Project team working with multiple regions around the world to design and implement a single business solution/system utilizing Oracle Projects Financial Management applications. A candidate for this position must have global large-scale PFM implementation experience, specifically with the Oracle ERP and Fusion applications.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

·      Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, recommend process changes and implement Oracle PFM

·      Conduct validations sessions as part of gapping exercises

·      Design and write functional specifications for legacy system data conversions

·      Work with Oracle Consulting (another implementation partner) in integrating PaaS developments such as online billing, projects and contracts creation into SaaS

·      Roll-out cloud to various entities

·      Identify and manage project risks, issues and mitigation plan and report to Program Management Office (PMO)

·      Review test scenarios, test scripts prepared by the team and come up with test schedule by working with client leads

·      Report project progress to PMO

·      Work with technical team in development and conversion activity

Position Description:

senior functional Oracle Cloud ERP Financials senior consultant with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials Applications (General Ledger, Payables, Expenses, Assets & Receivables), with at least 3 years Cloud Financials experience implementing end-to-end solutions, preferably for clients in the services industry. Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Certification would be a valuable bonus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the goal of delivering high-value solutions to our global enterprise.

Qualifications

·      10+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management modules

·      4+ years of implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud with specific experience as a Solution Architect in the Fusion Supply Chain Management and Cloud Procurement module sets

·      5 years of experience with business process re-engineering in the Supply Chain and Procurement processes of global enterprises

·      Oracle Cloud Certification is highly preferred

·      Strong functional knowledge and implementation experience of Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management

·      Candidate should ideally have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Procure-2-Pay, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Sourcing, Supplier Management)
