Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Cloud Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Pega cloud solutions and architecture. This role involves designing, building, and deploying scalable Pega applications on cloud platforms to meet enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define application requirements and optimize cloud-based Pega applications.
- Perform Pega systems administration tasks and ensure platform stability on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and system architects, sharing best practices for cloud-based Pega solutions.
- Continuously assess and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability on cloud platforms.
- Maintain knowledge of Pega and cloud technology trends, ensuring our solutions align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega development, with proven expertise in cloud-based Pega implementations.
- Pega Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as they relate to Pega applications.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integration, and deployment within a cloud environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Pega DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and cloud security practices.
- Knowledge of database management, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
