Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled senior PowerApps developer to join our Project Management Center of Excellence. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining innovative applications using Microsoft PowerApps to optimize and enhance business processes. Your contributions will drive efficiency, accessibility, and user-friendly solutions to directly improve workflow within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3-5 years of software development experience, including 2+ years of PowerApps development.
Technical Skills: Expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and JavaScript; experience with Azure is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong initiative, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of Microsoft PowerApps experience (certification preferred).
6+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL/PL-SQL (preferred).
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and UI/UX design.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder requirements and coordinate project timelines.
Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely deployment of applications.
Maintain user documentation and ensure application scalability and performance.
Desired Certifications:
Microsoft PL certification.
Project Management Skills:
Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL project management frameworks and the DMAIC methodology (preferred).
