Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
- Work experience in Unix, Java, PLSQL, Monitoring tools like Datadog etc.
- Working experience as L2 production support for FX and cross currency payment platforms and to implement SRE best practices to improve system reliability and performance.
- Exposure to AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
- Mandatory work experience in Supporting Capital Markets applications, Trading applications
- Knowledge in FX and Cross Currency Domain Knowledge
- Collaborate with trading and risk teams to address and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Automate operational processes and develop tools to enhance system monitoring and alerting.
