Role: Python developer Lead/Pyspark Lead
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Onsite)
Contract position
Candidate should have hands-on experience in Py Spark scripting
Lead Experience MUST
- 10-12 years of total experience with good Hands-on skill in Phyton/Py Spark programming
- Application development using Phyton/Py Spark, Java, Microservices or REST APIs
- Experience in Big data (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- Bulk operations (Data load and unload) on databases and warehouses, expertise on big data projects
- AWS Services like S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, Lambda, RDS, App Flow, Kendra, Quick Sight
- Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG
- Source code versioning using GIT/SVN
- CI/CD using Jenkins/Gitlab/AWS services
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems e.g. OAuth, NTLM, SAML etc.
- Knowledge in building API-based integration solutions with third-party cloud/on-prem applications
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
Good to have skills:
- AWS /AZURE Certified Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional)
- Experience working on NOSQL database like Mongo DB, Couch DB
- Good knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize
