About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Conversational AI Engineer to join our team! You'll be responsible for building and optimizing AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants using Microsoft Azure's powerful tools, specifically Azure Cognitive Services and Conversational Language Understanding (CLU). Your main focus will be on improving the accuracy and user experience of our chatbots after they've received text input from voice transcriptions. You'll be working on fine-tuning AI models to make conversations smooth and intelligent.
What You'll Do:
- Build and Improve Chatbots:
- Develop and fine-tune CLU models in Azure Language Studio.
- Train the AI to understand user requests (intents) and pick out important information (entities).
- Make sure the chatbot can handle complex conversations and remember context.
- Optimize Voice Interactions:
- Work with text that has been transcribed from voice recordings to improve chatbot responses.
- Help integrate voice-based interactions into our systems.
- Make Chatbots Smarter:
- Analyze how users interact with the chatbot and find ways to make it better.
- Continuously improve the accuracy of the AI models.
- Test and Fix Problems:
- Run tests to make sure the chatbot is working correctly.
- Find and fix any errors or misunderstandings.
- Use analytics to see how users are interacting and make improvements.
- Work as a Team:
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technology.
- Clearly communicate chatbot performance and insights.
- Ensure ethical and secure AI Practices:
- Maintain compliance with AI ethic policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Services, especially Conversational Language Understanding (CLU).
- Proven ability to build and improve conversational AI models.
- Experience optimizing chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions.
- Familiarity with voice channel integration and working with transcribed text.
- Ability to test and debug AI models.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI ethics and security compliance.
- A desire to stay updated on the latest AI trends.
