| 🔹 Role Overview: |
| We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to manage and support the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition (RISE) platform with a focus on core systems, tailored configuration, and cloud lifecycle operations. This role requires a deep understanding of BASIS administration in cloud-hosted S/4HANA environments integrated through SAP RISE services. |
| 🔸 Key Responsibilities: |
| Perform technical administration of S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) systems including system refresh, monitoring, and health checks |
| Manage system provisioning, configuration, and transport routes within the RISE with SAP landscape |
| Coordinate with SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) and Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) for provisioning and incident resolution |
| Monitor and manage SAP HANA DB, SAPRouter, SSL certificates, and S-user maintenance |
| Oversee SPAU/SPDD adjustments, kernel upgrades, and SAP patch applications |
| Collaborate with functional and technical teams during cutovers, go-lives, and refreshes |
| Set up and maintain Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, EarlyWatch Alerts, and performance tuning dashboards |
| Support disaster recovery planning, high availability setup, and secure data access protocols |
| Manage system licenses, user roles, and authorizations in coordination with security/GRC teams |
| Document system changes, operational procedures, and RISE platform-specific processes |
| 🔸 Required Skills: |
| Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA BASIS administration in on-premise and cloud models |
| Good understanding of RISE with SAP architecture, service layers, and responsibilities split (RISE vs. customer) |
| Hands-on with SAP HANA administration, SLT/TDMS, and SUM/DMO tools |
| Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, BTP integration, and hybrid cloud setups |
| Familiarity with transport management, client copies, and system clones |
| Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad, Web Dispatcher, and HTTP/S configurations |
| 🔸 Nice to Have: |
| Experience in RISE migrations from ECC or on-premise S/4HANA to Private Cloud Edition |
| Exposure to SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) or Cloud ALM |
| Certification in SAP BASIS, S/4HANA Technical Administration, or SAP BTP |
| 🔸 Soft Skills: |
| Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities |
| Clear communication with SAP support and internal stakeholders |
| Documentation and operational discipline |
