Job Description –
SAP PRA / JVA Consultant to join and support our clients in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA) and Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) within SAP, and will play a key role in our clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities

Implementation and Support: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PRA and JVA solutions, ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic business goals.
Business Process Mapping: Define industry-standard business processes and map client processes to related process levels.
Solution Design: Design architecture based on process requirements, application, and system landscape.
Strategic Roadmaps: Develop high-level roadmaps in conjunction with team members, including project managers.
Digital Transformation: Assist clients in leveraging S4HANA and defining their strategic roadmaps for digital transformation.
Thought Leadership: Provide insights and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead customer engagements at an executive level and manage project teams.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues in escalated projects and provide feasibility studies and process design reviews.
Pre-sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities to support business development efforts.

Qualifications

Experience: SAP consulting experience, with a focus on PRA and JVA in the Oil and Gas industry.
Expertise: Deep product expertise across multiple SAP solution areas, including Tax and Royalty, Check Write, Production and Contract Allocation, Ownership, Revenue and Valuation, and Joint Venture Accounting.
Industry Knowledge: Broad knowledge of SAP IS-Oil Solutions and deep industry expertise in Upstream Operations Management, PRA, and JVA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
