Position: SAP Service Delivery Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months +

Role Type: Contract

JOB Description:

· 10+ years of SAP Service Delivery experience

· Past experience in managing SAP accounts including SAP partner relationships

· Experience in managing large teams globally is mandatory

· Experience in estimation pricing models/Change Management/Governance

· Expertise in driving AMS initiatives – Simplifications, efficiencies and transformation targets to align with budgeted P&L

· Engagement SLA adherence for support & enhancements

· Upkeeping Knowledge management, best practices and industry recommendations

· Conducting daily operations review to manage service levels

· Proficient in conducting internal, external reviews with senior/executive leadership

· Strong understanding of contract teams – MSA, SOW etc.,
