Project description

The role involves developing, designing, and managing Smartsheet solutions to support business needs. The Smartsheet Developer will be responsible for implementing Smartsheet functionality across a range of use cases, including resource management, multi-tier Control Center, and automation workflows. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, and workspaces.
• Implement and manage Control Center, Data Mesh, Dynamic Views, and automation workflows.
• Optimize computer/server resource management using Smartsheet solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
• Troubleshoot Smartsheet functionality and provide technical support.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and rapidly changing environments.
• Train users and document processes for Smartsheet solutions.
• Propose creative enhancements and maintain Smartsheet performance.

Skills Must have

• 1+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, premium apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
• Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change environments.
• Team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet's off the shelf solutions and technologies, including Control Center, Data Mesh, Dynamic Views, Workflows, Automations, and other PowerApps.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, helpful but not required.
