- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (Implementation / Development / Integration Experience)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud

- Familiarity with Salesforce’s AI Landscape (AgentForce)
- Proven experience with APEX Programming, APIs, Web Services, LWC, and SOQL
- Professional Certifications in any of the following: Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Developer, Application Architect
