2. build relationships and extract as much info needed to push projects along and mitigate issues that may become roadblocks. 
3. Technical/Data experience 
4. AI/ML expert, but someone who understands AI and analytics. Big Data projects as the core of experience.
5. 7+ years’ experience as a Project manager/Program manager
6. Experience with cloud based, SaaS Product development projects
7. Experience in Azure Big Data Environment
8. Agile mindset 
9. We looking for “People Manager” and mentioned he doesn’t focus on certifications, but someone who knows how to navigate and focused on delivery. 
10. The JD mentions programming experience, but they don’t need to be a coder; technical enough to drive these projects

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) with expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering software solutions, focusing on Analytics or AI/ML commercial products.

Competencies:

• Leadership: Demonstrates ownership, integrity, open communication, and strategic orientation.
• Professionalism: Shows responsibility, thoroughness, decision-making skills, and effective communication.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft Azure Big Data environment, advanced project management, risk management, and governance.
• Execution: Manages resources efficiently, monitors progress, addresses deviations, and fosters teamwork.

Skills & Competencies:

• Microsoft Azure Big Data architecture.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Leadership and team management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Programming (Python, Java, C#) for ERP development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/PowerPoint, JIRA/Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience in SaaS environment.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years in technical project management (software development/delivery).
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience in Analytics and AI/ML commercial products.
